Terms & Conditions:
Once payment is received for distance healing, readings, and life coaching sessions, I will email you to set up the date and time for your session or when I have scheduled to do your email or video reading. For Astrology Readings I do need birth data at least a day in advance to pull up a copy of your birth chart to send to you for your records and reference.
There is a 24-hour cancelation/reschedule policy for refunds. The 24-hour cancellation policy applies to scheduled email and video recordings as well.
For video call sessions, if appointments are missed or you do not respond to my call within 10 minutes (for 30 minute sessions) or 20 minutes (for one hour sessions) it is considered a no show, no refund cancellation. Refunds are not given for readings and sessions already completed including email and private video recordings.

If I live in a jurisdiction where astrology and tarot are categorized under entertainment psychic and divination readings, I understand that my session or reading is for entertainment purposes only.
